Re – Registration (Annual Renewal)
All registrations are effective for one (1) year from the date you first register. Upon the expiration date of your registration, you will be contacted to update your information and will be asked to remit an additional fee to extend your registration for another year. It is important and recommended that you keep all your stats and photos current and updated... We understand and are aware that your profile information, photos and direct contact information will be subject to change as you progress in the entertainment business. Change of Photo
You may update your photo as often as you like for an additional fee of $10.00. If your file is current and you wish to change your photo please e-mail all picture(s) to CGCregister@gmail.com.
Change of contact and personal data information
Change of contact and personal data information within your effective one year registration is free of charge. It is pertinent and recommended that you provide us with every possible contact listing.
Change of Non –Union to Union Status
It is your responsibility to inform our office of any change in your union work status. Our casting directors rely on your existing personal data on file when booking various shows. Changing and/or updating your union status is free of charge. Please e-mail all changes along with a copy of your union identification card to CGCregister@gmail.com.
Failure to update personal data
Please be advised, we will delete your file from our records without notice if after numerous failed attempts to call or e-mail you using the existing incorrect contact information supplied to our office occurs. At that point, you will be required to re-register.
Work Prospects
Christopher Gray Casting makes every effort to provide employment opportunities to our talent base. However, due to the nature of the talent casting business, we do not guarantee work based on the condition of being registered with our company. No refunds will be provided. We select talent for work based on the talent’s match to the producer’s criteria or breakdown.
Conduct
It is the intent of Christopher Gray Casting to promote healthy, safe and drug free work practices with our talent base. We require all talent to report to the set in a timely manner, and in an appropriate mental and physical condition

Registration Policies
To register as a professional background performer with our background casting company, we have a $25.00 annual fee (this fee may change without notice) that will be charged during your registration process. Your registration will be effective for one (1) year from the date you first register.
Special Notes:
1) Please bring a current photo of yourself. No head shots please. All photo shots must be no larger than 3x5. All photos must be in color. If you do not have a photo, we will take a digital image of you.
2) We are currently casting a number of other great projects in Los Angeles Please be advised, we highly suggest attendance to meet face to face with our casting directors.
3) It is a Christopher Gray Casting practice to ensure that all talent registered with our company is eligible for employment in the United States.
We require that the talent complete necessary forms in compliance with federal and state laws to certify that the talent is authorized to work in the U.S.
Please bring us a copy of the following for our records:
• Divers License and/or Pass-port information with number
• A copy of your social security card

If you are not a U.S. Citizen, you must present your current “Employment Authorization” OR “Resident Alien” card (these cards will not be accepted unless they contain a current photo of you and expiration date). If you are here on a student Visa, you must bring a current I-20 form from your school.
